Roles and Responsibilities:

• Daily entry of Sales Bills

• Payment collection of account receivables
• Ensuring Vendor Payments & Other outstanding Payments are made on time with followed by supportive genuine and verified reports and structures
• Ensuring Daily / Monthly Bank Reconciliations
• To liaison with Auditors & Ensure Audits are Completed within Timelines
• Take care of the payment of all Taxes and provide the details to CA to file returns
• Track payments of Electricity bills, Telephone bills, Internet, Credit card, insurance cheques (utility bills of company and directors)
• Track and manage Cash flow

• To Submit Timely & Error Free genuine and verified MIS Reports to the Management

Kindly look into the following conditions are acceptable to candidates:

1. During season i.e. 1st August to 30th November every year no weekly off will be allowed, all working weekly offs will be compensated by the end of the season
2. In the off-season weekly offs will be on any weekday i.e. between Monday to Friday
3. Shift time will be morning 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
