Job Description-
The InfoSec Head is responsible for establishing and maintaining an organization-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets government compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with and supports the risk posture of fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the overall IT, information and data security of the entire organization
Expert analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of best practices to prevent a wide range of security threats
Identifying vulnerabilities in current infrastructure & application
Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure current infrastructure application
Ensure compliance with security policies
Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats
Creating and managing security strategies
Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement
Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other stakeholders within the organization
Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage
Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards.
