Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Firewall Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the network and internet security operations for internal IT. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external stakeholders, network vulnerability mitigations as well as on projects and initiatives.
Your role will Firewall / network security L2+ and need to work on various current/upcoming technologies (explained below) to support business needs.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be holding relevant experience in network operation, firewall management experience (PA, Cisco)
Remote access VPN management (AnyConnect, Global Protect VPNs.)
Identifying open risk in the production network: validating vulnerabilities, create responses, proposing changes to mitigate those lead the process end to end
Identifying best practices for remote workers, apply security controls
Conducting firewall and security audits
Implement new solutions regarding remote VPN as per business strategy
Providing trainings for new joiners / L1 resources about basic firewall management and network security
Documenting all Changes done in production environment through Change Management process
Must have worked on large scale infra
Candidate must have worked/handled the IT projects
Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from candidate
The candidate should hold very rich experience in corporate LAN, Security & WAN infra
Candidate must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN)
He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end
Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
Hands-on experience on Cisco and PA firewalls, AnyConnect, Global Protect VPN, Cisco ISE
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in engineering/IT
Preferred qualifications
CCNA (Must)
Palo Alto Firewall Certification
CCNP Security (Good to have)
