Designation: Sr. Manager(ERP Implementation & Service Delivery)
Location:Ahmedabad , Gujarat
Experience : 13 - 18 yrs (Sr. manager)
Working Mode : Work from office only.
Age limit : 30 - 45 yrs
Job Description :
- Experience of working in Manufacturing Domain on Reputed ERP software products.
- Team Handling Experience is MUST .
- Desired Education Qualification: Graduate Engineer with Postgraduate in Management.
- Lead Implementation Team and Product Support Team.
- Plan and ensure proper execution of ERP Implementation Projects.
- Ensure to obtain sign off from customer.
- Ensure quick resolution for all the support calls received / issues reported by customers.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all the customers from escalation viewpoint.
- Close coordination with Software Development & QA Team for all the tasks related to development.
- Update self periodically for new features released in the product software and ensure the same for the team members.
- Stay in touch with customer regularly and ensure that AMC is received / renewed on time.
- Create and update proper MIS for Management review for all the tasks listed above.
- Participate in Management Review Meetings as and when needed.
- Will need to travel to customer locations on need basis.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Deliver end-user training Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them
Mapping Business Requirements
Manage multiple clients and issues
Providing status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
Reviewing and analyzing the clients business operations and processes and recommending improvements
Reviewing & initiating measures for automating / streamlining internal processes
