Hiring for Voice and Chat process.
Requirement:
- HSC/Graduate +6 months of experience for Voice or chat in any international BPO.
- SSC +1 year of experience in international BPO for Voice or Chat.
- Candidates should have basic technical knowledge.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts(24*7)
- Age should be between 18 Years to 40 Years
- Looking for immediate joiners
Location: Malad West
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction and answer product and service questions.
- Create and curate knowledge articles, enabling customers to resolve their issues independently.
- Troubleshoot customers issue all the way to resolution, explaining the best possible. solution, while ensuring compliance with the companys guidelines and policies.
- Collect and analyse customer information.
- Technical writing team to help our customers resolve their issues independently.
