Job Description
Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
Facilitate the scaled agile development process through daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Research and evaluate a variety of software products and development tools.
Scheduling coordination: working with multiple teams on defining testing timeframes, sign-offs across for teams delivering in multiple sprints
Defining test environment availability across multiple interfacing applications
Defining testing data requirements across multiple applications and initiatives
Coordinating the test data creation and conditioning per requirements
Identifying and managing Issues regarding Automation scripts and working on solutions
Triaging and facilitating discussions on open testing defects that cross applications
Working with project managers in ensuring Project testing documentation/sign-off requirements are met
Holding regular Testing status meetings to ensure all teams stay on track for identified testing related tasks/responsibilities, discussing open issues, blockers, etc.
Documenting testing tasks, schedules, and circulating to the team on a regular basis.
Executing Regression Suite.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Automation Testing/Selenium Webdriver
2+ years of experience in BDD"
