Job Description
Job Summary
Results-driven Agri Doctor to be responsible for high value customer (large farmers) acquisition and sales.The candidate must have excellent knowledge of agronomy and should be good at handling and advising large farmers. The role will involve working in the catchment areas of multiple Company Owned Company Operated agri-input retail stores. The successful candidate should be able to convince customers, understand customer needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet sales and profitability goals.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in agriculture and farming, and are well versed with financial planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate organizations business strategy into individual business and store-wise business to achieve the business plan.
- Identify and meet large customers in the defined territory
- Define action plan to achieve desired number of customer accounts and sales
- Ensure adherence to SOPs in all functions
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with customer complaints and technical queries
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture is mandatory
- Sc. in disciplines related to Agriculture is highly preferred
- Must have an experience of 2-3 years in the sales or marketing in theagri-input industry. Experience in farmer engagement and farmer advisory is highly preferred
- Experience in sales or farmer engagement is preferred

Salary RangeNegotiable basis skill and experience.
Note: The candidate must have a smartphone (Android/iOS) and a motorcycle in working condition. No exceptions will be entertained.
