Job Description
We are one of the leading Manpower Consultants, catering to various industry verticals on a Pan-India scale. We have huge requirements in terms of Junior Level to Top Management positions in various industry segments.Urgent opening for HR Executive in leading company.
Exp: - 4+ yrs
Location: - Taloja, Navi Mumbai
JD:-
Update our internal and external databases with new/existing/separated employee information in the trackers and files.
Mark Daily Attendance and Gather payroll related data like PF, Gratuity and ESIC forms and statement.
Screen resumes and application forms from vendors and portals.
On boarding activities, joining formalities and other documentation and filing.
Schedule, coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and vendors.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related daily reports and maintain accurate MIS/record/documents of candidates & Employees.
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days etc)
Review, attest and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Assist Manager in organizing company events, excursion, celebrations and careers days etc.
Addition and deletion of employees in insurance benefits.
Look after administration and maintenance of the property/shop floor.
Assist Manager in day to day activities, improvement, and implementation process.
Background verification of new employees.
