Designation: Sales Manager - Farm Care Products
Positions: 2 Nos.
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Age: Below 35 years
Qualification: UG or PG from the relevant stream (BFSC / MFSC / Marine biology)
Reporting to: Head
Location: Nellore & Krishna districts (Andhra Pradesh)
Core: Animal Health & Medicine sales with Revenue generation.

Client: Our client is a well known group company, they manufacture feeds/animal health/nutrition based products for the Aqua culture/Shrimp/Prawns
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales & marketing operations; implementing sales promotional activities like workshops, speaker programs as a part of product launch, brand building, and market development effort.
- Developing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes and ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
- Responsible for formulating sales targets, demand forecasting, sales budget achievement
- Managing inventory pipeline, ensuring ready availability of products as per market demand. Establishing strategic alliances/tie-ups with financially strong and reliable dealers and stockiest resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets
- Suggesting Aqua Medicinal Products As per Need basis
