Designation: Recruitment Officer - Female
Job Profile:
- Understands the requirement of open positions.
- Generates pool of potential candidates by Job Advertisement, branded mailers and other sources on Job portals and LinkedIn.
- Determining Applicant Suitability by Primary Telephonic interview.
- Communicates and Co-ordinates for Interviews in All departments.
- Record keeping / Documentation for Recruitment.
- Maintaining Recruitment MIS on daily Basis and Reporting.
- Communicate with Consultant to get a clear view on hiring needs
- Research into Clients Company
- Research into competitors and market place
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Create a candidate persona for each open position
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Salary: 25K to 35K
- Location: Delhi (Only Female also apply)
