Job Description

HELLO EVERYONE,

I AM A RECRUITER AND I AM HIRING FOR THANE LOCATION FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS.

So basically I am hiring for three process.

  1. US (NON TECHNICAL SUPPORT).
  •  Here your roles and responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from US customers and help them regarding their banking queries. 
  • You will have rotational shift and rotational week offs.
  • Call flow is high.
  • Maximum salary goes up to 34k in hand.
  • 30% hike on last CTC.

       2. US (TECHNICAL SUPPORT).

  • Here your roles and responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from US customers and help them regarding their technical queries regarding their printer.
  • You will have rotational shift and rotational week offs.
  • Call flow is decent.
  • Maximum salary goes up to 25k in hand.
  • 30% hike on last CTC.

     3. AUSTRALIAN (NON TECHNICAL).

  • Here your roles and responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from AU customers and help them regarding their telecom queries.
  • You will have graveyard shifts starts around 12AM, 1AM, 2AM AND 3AM.
  • Call flow is decent.
  • Maximum salary goes up to 25k in hand.
  • 30% hike on last CTC.
