Job Description
We are looking for a reliable sales officer to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Sales officers are responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction, & Our Requirements:
Proven working experience as a sales officer.
Record of successful distribution and facility management.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Handle general account queries
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
