HR Recruiter Job For Freshers @ Alpha Tech Solutions

Create and execute proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies, partner with leadership across the organization, and collaborate with HR team members to identify and hire top talent and build our talent pipeline;
Drive sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiations and acceptances;
Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop effective recruiting strategies to achieve headcount goals;
Provide positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement;
Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers to ensure strong alignment of candidate requirements, assessment criteria and corporate DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) principles; and
Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results.
