Should have an understanding of all products related to Google Apps, G Suite (Google Workspace), AWS.
Provide information on prices, transit times, paperwork requirements, clearance delays, simple accounts, and sales questions.
Document each case fully following established processes.
Must be able to handle Google Workspace collaboration support.
Must have hands-on experience on Admin console, account configuration into Outlook using Pop/Imap/Mapi Protocol.
Must have hands-on experience on the DNS Control panel and its records. [MX/TXT/NS/SPF name]
Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound services.
Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that
all prospects and customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
