We have an urgent requirement for the Post of 'Conference Speaker Acquisition Executive', for our U.K. based Client , for their office at 'Andheri West, Mumbai.

Experience required in years: 1 year working on B2B conferences or in Lifesciences

Detailed Job Description:
Familiarise yourself with the target audience for the conference
Generate potential speaker data through calls, LinkedIn & other sources
Maintain and update databases for conferences
Approach industry experts to acquire suitable speakers for the conference
Meet weekly & monthly speaker target quotas
Update management on activities on weekly basis
Schedule calls with your speakers and finalize their presentation subjects
Liaising with speakers throughout the conference production cycle
Connect with speakers and attendees post the conference to document their feedback
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other internal business units to ensure alignment with event speakers and other stakeholders
Domain: Conference Production
Salary offered with all other benefits:
3,60,000 4,80,000 P.A. (based on experience) plus incentives.
