'Delegate Sales Executive / BDM', for our U.K. based client, for their office at 'Andheri West, Mumbai'.
The details are as under:
Job title : Delegate Sales Executive / BDM

Openings : 04

Salary range : 30,000 40,000 (for 3 years experience) 40,000 50,000 (for candidates with higher experience and skill set)
Commission : Rs. 2,000 - 2,500 per deal

Location preference : Candidates based in Mumbai

Joining : Immediate

1)Professional B2B sales people, with experience selling into international markets mainly Europe & America
2)Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or BDM experience
3)Able to handle multiple projects
4)Trust worthy
5)Organized
6)Excellent and clear spoken & written communication skills
Job Description :
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing
Assimilating key selling points during event briefing sessions and being able to deliver succinctly and compellingly these in verbal and written communication to relevant prospects
Engage with existing clients to secure ongoing meeting attendance.
Delivering against daily/weekly/monthly targets relating to call volumes, duration, and sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase their spend with us
Maintain knowledge of industry personnel changes and key issues in all markets in which the business operates to be able to provide the best knowledge to clients.
Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets
Excellent verbal and written skills required.
Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Excellent team working skills.
Working closely with our production department to provide detailed and thorough feedback about prospects, pipelines, and progress on each event
Work with the Business Director to demonstrate ongoing personal development and work progress

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven B2B delegate sales or business development experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Experience of making 100 plus calls a day
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
