Job Description

Hiring for our client for Ahmedabad, Gujarat location for the following opening.

Designation: Manager - Construction (Metro Projects - Station & Viaduct)

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Qualification: Tech (Civil or Mech) / M. Tech preferred but not compulsory Or Diploma or PG in construction technology is added advantage

Experience: 15+ Years for Civil Graduate or Above & 18+Years for Diploma Holder (Civil / Mechanical)

Annual CTC: Max Up to 12 Lakh Per Annum

Job Role:

Planning & Construction Management.
Liasioning with Consultants, PMC and Clients.
Pursuing and getting approvals from Design Consultants, PMCs and Client
Knowledge on HES and its implementation
Statutory requirements like Labour /BOCW regulations and its implementation
Preparation of BOQ and BOMs, rate analysis and estimation
Thorough knowledge in all sectors of Metro Works
Direct working experience on Finishing works of Metro Stations
Entry, Exit, Roof, Piers and viaduct structures.
MS and SS Structures for Roof, Railing and Stair cases
