Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant Talent Hiring

What we are looking for:

Candidates from IT Industry and who are interested in recruitment.

Role:
Honoring the core values, purpose and vision of People First
Formulating strategies to attract right talent from multiple sources, against each Job Description of clients.
Validate in-depth to ensure four-fold fitment with a) required functional, technical and behavioral competencies b) attitude and communication c) career aspiration and d) alignment to clients culture
Ensuring high hit ratio and quick turn-around time from self and team
Years of experience required: 1 - 8 years
