• Support customers in pre-sales and post-sales activities

• Pre-sales activities include - offering quotes from ERP, sharing product information, etc.

• Post-sales activities include - Booking of accurate and error free orders on ERP, Informing the customer the status of their orders, sharing MIS reports and order reconciliations as per norms of the schedule

• Should provide accurate feedback/ information on every enquiry/concern raised by the client provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution of issues.

• Make sure your customer is always given pro-active support with zero service complaint records

• Follow-up for orders for all the quotes sent
