Our clients a leading group having 15 factories and retail malls in Angola , with more than 1500 plus Indian working at various designations is looking to hire the following urgently .
Designation : MIS Insight Executive
Salary : 1200 - 1800 USD net savings
Facilities: Company sponsored Visa, Air Ticket, Food and Accommodation
Job Duties:
Strong expertise in generating MIS reports from SAP, BI, retail software and presenting MIS reports for top management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Have expertise in dialing with all functional heads and prepare meaningful and insighful MIS for management to guide on operational and strategic decisions.
Reports would include Daily dashboard, weekly update and Monthly MIS reporting.
Should come with very strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Acess.
Will be key custodian of all stategic and oeprational data and information and hence will need to have very high levels of integrity
Company Contract terms are as below and are not negotiable :
Contract is of 04 years. After completion of 02 years employment, you are entitled to get 30 days paid leaves to visit India with return air tickets and then you have to re-join company for remaining 02 years.
Company deducts you three months salary on prorate basis as Security Deposit in 24 months and refunds back to you on completion of contract.
(For e.g. If your Monthly Salary is Rs.8000/- [3 months Salary = Rs.
24,000/-]. So, 24,000/- will be deducted on prorate basis in 24 months [24000/24 = 1000]. Hence Your Net Salary will be 7,000/- Per Month)
Your Food, Traveling, Accommodation, Visa, Air ticket, Medical except in borne disease, Laundry, Housekeeping and utility bills of your accommodation are at company cost.
Only Personal Calling and Personal shopping will be your expense.
Accommodation will be twin sharing.
Increment Policy is yearly based on performance review & company growth.
