Job Requirements:
Must have handled Google Ads & Complete responsibility of Google Ads & Digital Marketing
Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads at scale.
Strong quantitative mindset & data driven approach to digital marketing; expert in excel-based data modelling, analytics tools.
Experience in cross-team collaboration
Strong communication skills
Working Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, excel and creating data visualisations on data studio or Tableau.
Leading execution of high scale Facebook performance campaigns with multiple campaign objectives.
Collaborating with Content, creative and data teams to provide the best user experience for new users.
Diving deep into data and use insights to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
Experimenting continuously on creatives & design to drive ROI.
Lead a small team of performance marketers.
Strategizing and executing the Google Ads marketing plan for clients.Must have handled Google Ads & Complete responsibility of Google Ads
Strategizing and executing the Google Ads marketing plan for clients.
This includes campaign planning-execution-optimization of different types of Google Ads i.e. Search Ads, Display Ads, retargeting, Discovery Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Developing promotions and excellence in execution to maximize ROI.
Developing, testing and analyzing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization
Candidates need to have experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, Performance marketing, somebody whos managed performance based ROI - Conversion Campaigns, paid media, and a fair amount of monthly budget spent for ads.
