Designation: Construction Manager

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech (Civil / Mechanical)

Experience: B.E / B.Tech / M. Tech - 15+ Years OR 18+ Years for Diploma Holder (Civil / Mechanical)

Annual CTC: Up To 12 Lakh Per Annum

Job Role:

Planning & Construction Management.
Liasioning with Consultants, PMC and Clients.
Pursuing and getting approvals from Design Consultants, PMCs and Client
Knowledge on HES and its implementation
Statutory requirements like Labour/BOCW regulations and its implementation
Preparation of BOQ and BOMs, rate analysis and estimation
Thorough knowledge in all sectors of Metro Works
Direct working experience on Finishing works of Metro Stations
Entry, Exit, Roof, Piers and viaduct structures.
MS and SS Structures for Roof, Railing and Stair cases
