Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Specific responsibilities include:

Responsible to drive HR initiatives in alignment with Business requirement and corporate guidelines.
Responsible for driving various Engagement activity in the Business leading to improved retention
Ensure to manage smooth onboarding of new joiners and induction of all new joiners
Educating / creating awareness amongst employees about the existing policies & procedures
Responsible for driving communication framework
Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. Goal setting, annual performance management, promotion etc) according to the guidelines.
Implement Reward and Recognition initiative in the entity
Support managers in the career development of assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.
Support on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.
Ensuring all HR hygiene issues are resolved within defined time frame
Team with other HR Representative Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.
