Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Developing a thorough understanding of Job Roles given by our clients, by researching on various online and offline sources.
2.Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client.
3.Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database from internal database, from various portals, and through references.
4.Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, networking, headhunting to fill the vacant positions.
5.Doing Mass Mails by putting the right set of keywords, job posting on portals.
6.Getting References from Candidates.
7.Keeping Data Updated on ATS, online trackers as per the guidelines for future references & records.
8.Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and ability to make the right decision.
9.Guiding Candidates regarding Assessment tests (For Specific Clients) & throughout Interview rounds.
10.Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
11.Convincing candidates who have been offered by the company, ensuring that they are joining & completing the guarantee period successful
