The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties,
which include:

Understanding and Preparing Job Descriptions
Sourcing/Screening profiles as per JD
Posting Jobs on portals and social handles
Calling applicants or cold calling if required
Convincing candidates for the role
Scheduling Interview
Maintaining Database
Coordinating with hiring managers
Follow ups post selection and shortlisting
Closing the mandates
Preparing MIS
Achieving Targets
