Job Description

• Studio/Showroom Manager will be Responsible for the Activation Metrics for the assigned Studio [Outbound & Inbound].
• Goal Setting process for Studio Sales and Design Leads.
• Provide regular updates on the Studio Lead Book.
• Train, Recruit and Coach Sales and Design team.
• Lead by example by directly managing the customers.
• Conduct regular activation events with customers and channel partners to drive business results.
• Be responsible for the upkeep of the Studio.
• Ensure accurate inventory management including the stock replenishments at the Studio.
• Conduct outbound sales visits to drive large value business results.
• Conduct daily review meetings on the lead book with the sales and design team and provide regular updates.
