Job Description

• To execute sales and marketing plan as per company vision.
• Responsible for generating leads and converting the leads into sale to meet targets.
• Understanding and doing needs assessment of client need to suggest most relevant insurance product to them.
• Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients to ensure cross selling and up selling.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Responsible for retaining and developing assigned portfolio.
• Responsible for ensuring prompt service and quick address to any and all of client queries.
• To ensuing renewals of all assigned business in timely fashion.
• To stay updated with all relevant products and services of all insurance companies to provide most suitable products to the clients.
