Job Description

Experience in Attending Application L1 support complaints, ticket management& database Management
Education Qualification: Diploma / BE
Experience: 1+ Years of Overall experience and 1 + relevant experience
Ticket Management to raise ticket for incident, track, follow up & close the ticket
Having experience on application management and databse
SLA Management , Follow up with vendors to close ticket within SLA, Prepare SLA reports,RCA analysis
Should have good inter-personal skill and communication skills to handle vendors/staffs and other stakeholders and should be able to multi-task
Should have good Experience in interaction with OEM for support & ticket resolution.
Responsible for Uptime and SLA Management.
Should handle Software and Hardware support required to rectify issue in BMS, Access Control, CCTV, smart parking etc.
Customer Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management liasioning with other service providers for services.
Having experience in Networking as L1 engineer.
Having basic trouble shooting of Network.
Carry out Preventive/Predictive maintenance as per schedule
Carry out emergency response/DR drills as required
