Job Description:
- Position: Senior Manager Treasury - Cash Flow Management
- Education Qualification: CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance
- Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years
- Salary: Best in the Industry
- Location: Mumbai
Job responsibilities:
- Cash Flow/Liquidity Monitoring
- Investment of short-term surplus funds within approved investment policy. Periodic review of investment policy to keep it updated with latest market trend and guidelines. Analyze new market instruments to enhance yield on surplus funds
- Monitoring the macroeconomic indicators, MPC stance and studying tax regime to enable achieving efficient tax returns on investments.
- Variance analysis of actual cash with projections Liaising with relevant business units to ascertain the cash flow requirements
- Analyzing the working capital requirements and look for ways and means to optimize the same
- Raise funds in short term money markets to meet funding gaps
- Monitoring the intercompany transactions & funds movement and ensure timely settlements
- Compliance with relevant RBI/SEBI regulations and internal policies and guidelines. Implement processes in place which are compliant with internal/external audit guidelines/regulations, with the aim to achieve zero audit observations.
- Driving the digitization initiatives.
Major Tasks:
- Cash Flow/Liquidity Monitoring, preparing cash forecast, variance analysis of actual versus forecast
- Deployment of surplus funds, analyzing and exploring new instruments for enhancing yield on surplus funds
- Raise funds in money markets to bridge funding gaps
- Digitization initiative
