We are Hiring !!Job Offer Instructional designer
Location Work from Home project (Mumbai)
Salary 4L TO 5 L
Job Details
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Open to sign up on a 1-year Fulltime contract.
Designing meaningful or creative storyboards from the content received from the SMEs
Summarizing the extensive content into sharp bullet points in a PPT /PDF format, getting approved from the SMEs
Doing research and assist the SMEs in making the content more engaging
Ensuring the pre uploading SOPs are adhered to- intro, assessments etc.
Uploading the content on LMS for each training courses
Reviewing the video webinar recordings by Luke /HNs/Drs and sharing accurate edits with the video team
Coordinating with the SMEs to reformat, template and proofread the special plans to be shared with the clients
Create & design soft skills training presentations with the HOD as per the TNA
