Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management, particularly with respect to Recruitment and resourcing.
- Compensation and reward; Learning and talent management; Employee Relations; Organizational planning, and change.
- Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business, and execution excellence.
- To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
- To coordinate all matters of employee grievances.
- To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved.
- Encourages employees and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary
- Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs.
- Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer, and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Assists in the administration of social and staff benefit programs.
Required Candidate profile:
Must be an MBA in HR/ or Equivalent Degree
Male candidate
Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Management Skills
Result oriented and self-driven
