Resolve customer queries so that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service

Salary: 2LPA
Performance Bonus: 27000 + Variable
Working: Rotational shifts.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Transport: Two- Way transport (Home pickup and Home drop).

Interview timings: 09:00 AM
