Minimum 6 months of RTA experience
Good verbal communication skills required
Roles & Responsibilities :
Monitor Incoming volumes In Queues, report on Daily attendance schedule adherence of Agents in real-time, ensuring optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance.
Monitor the schedule's, call volume, AHT, every parameters to meet the targets of the client, through tools which are Avaya, IEX, CC Pulse, CMS, Nortel, Polycom, Cisco, Teleopti etc.
24/7 shifts
2 weekly rotational offs
