In this role, the candidate will be required to do Business Development by way of Seller Acquisition/ Seller Retention for Flipkart.
The candidate will be informed about the products we are looking to add on Flipkart, he will also be shared some leads but will have to generate his own leads as well.
Post leads collection the candidate will have to fix appointments with the sellers and convince them to come onto the Flipkart marketplace along with applying for necessary documents in case he doesn't have them.
The individual will be fully responsible for sellers and their catalog going live on Flipkart and will be driven by daily targets.
As the role involves onboarding sellers it requires local travel as well so having a 2 wheeler is an additional advantage since leads will be given to him/her through an app he should have a smartphone where apps can be downloaded.
Good working experience/ Knowledge in Excel.
Good Communication skills.
