Responsibilities

Build, motivate and develop a team of brand and digital marketing specialists
Build Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty in India
Drive User Acquisition & Engagement and Growth through Digital Campaigns across various channels
Define and execute Go-To-Market Strategies with the team and agencies to achieve companys goals
Suggest and own goals and performance metrics for marketing campaigns across channels, track performance and continuously improve strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, product) to ensure seamless customer journey and experience and improve LTV
Onboard, manage and brief the agencies
Work close with the Product Team to enhance UX/UI and to develop new product features based on the customers feedback and market
Own digital marketing budget - track, forecast and optimise
Follow and analyze market trends, competitors to position products
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
Experience in market analysis
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Excellent communication skills
A keen eye for detail
Creativity
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Knowledge of Scrum framework as a plus
