Job Description

Manage inbound/outbound calls to conduct Employment Background Verification for new joiners as per company policy.
Also, conduct a comprehensive background check of prospective and existing candidates for stakeholders.
Good Knowledge in utilizing Criminal & Regulatory databases for enhanced due diligence over and above the screening and verification as regards Place of Residence, General Behaviors / Perception of the candidate, Academic / Professional Education, Previous Employment and Criminal Background Verification.
Maintain effective record-keeping for all calls handled. Ensure all verifications sent out are followed upon in a timely manner
Quality assurance and data review of information obtained for verifications.
We need candidates who are:
Excellent in communication and Local of Mumbai
Currently its work from home
Career-oriented
Education-MBA in HR or Any Graduate.
Payroll: Basis individual's performance, the person will be absorbed on the rolls of Company (3rd Party payroll)
