The challenge
As Product Manager, you'll join the team responsible for the strategic vision and product
roadmap of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
AEM Assets, part of Adobe Experience Cloud, and a Leader in DAM (Digital Asset Management), is a cloud-native product suite built for today's content needs, letting customers easily manage millions of assets to create, manage, deliver, and optimize personalized experiences at scale.

You'll work closely with our global customers, engineering, sales, marketing and consulting
teams, to understand market/customer needs, and turn that knowledge into innovative and easy
to-use products and services.
What you'll do

• Lead strategic customer programs and drive product requirement, roadmap prioritization, development, go-live efforts across stakeholders
• Drive key initiatives on the video stack, both platform and player level
• Define product requirements and use cases based on input from customers, the field, and surveying the overall market & competitive landscape
• Identify and manage product blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints
• Work with design team to optimize product features for enhanced user experience
• Work closely with Engineering, Ops, Consulting teams to deliver products &
• 
  services to customers and drive adoption
• Work closely with GTM teams to launch products and services as well as enable sales,
• 
  consulting teams and partners.
• Work with Sales teams to support them in customer/sales engagements
• 
  Who you are -
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience
• B. Tech and MBA from Tier 1 schools in India or abroad
• SaaS and API products experience, Cloud/ Data first mindset
• Demonstrable experience (preferably 2 years) with digital video platform management, video player management, and user facing video related features
• A strong high-level technical understanding of all aspects of streaming media, encoding/ packaging, codecs, DRM
• Deep customer empathy, ability to understand their needs, pain points and identify
• 
  valuable, repeatable patterns
• Enterprise/ B2B experience would be a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, collaborate with cross functional
• 
  and cross geo teams
• Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
