We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Insurance Claims
Responsibilities
Provide attention to detail while processing commercial claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review
Conduct data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary
Provide excellent customer service
Consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals that are aligned with corporate objectives
Examine documents for completeness, accuracy
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.com/ BBA/BA/ BSC (Any Non Tech Graduate)
Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications
Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access Database
Proficient in English language- both written and oral
Insurance client experience will be an added advantage
