We're Opening for Back-end Architect
Roles & Responsibilities :-
We are looking for a Back-end Architect who can lead the Back-end team and also be an individual
contributor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will part of developing ideas for new programs, products or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality, and enforce code quality within the team.
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work on from design, code, testing, integration, deployment, enhancements, etc.
- Write high-quality code and taking responsibility for their task.
- Solve performance bottlenecks.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers.
- Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, UI/UX teams.
- Deliver with quality, on-time in a fast-paced start-up environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Solid understanding and experience on Database such as MySQL or Postgre SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing.
- Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality, and enforce code quality within the team.
- Strong knowledge in SQL and NoSQL technologies
- Experience in developing back-end system for the enterprises.
- Excellent Hands-on of debugging, performance and optimization techniques.
- Experience in Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS/Azure Cloud technologies, ELK stack.
- Experience in developing any large scale application, those can be deployed in the cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced environment.
- Must have implemented micro services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
- Experience in integration of systems inside and outside of the organization.
- Should have worked on securing the web and mobile applications.
- Should have developed applications from scratch.
- Should be well versed with build, monitoring, debugging, logging and deployment systems.
- Experience in complete SDLC using Agile methodology
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
