Job Description

Job Responsibilities:A General Manager to lead our digital marketing platform. Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.Handling strategic online initiatives. Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage to their execution & implementation. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget Connecting with the targeted community to move them to the digital platform. Orientation/linking for rural audience. Skills:Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Creating and maintaining client relationships Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Familiar with financial planning and strategy Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of Marathi language Education & Experience:Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field. Proven working experience in digital marketing & media industry (preferred from Marathi digital media).
