Job brief
  • The Account Manager will be managing set of Key Accounts in Verticals like Banking & Insurance, MFG, HC or Large Enterprise etc.
  • Operating as a single point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the customers.
  • Negotiate business contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Accounts manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional (Pre-sales, Practice, delivery etc) internal teams and OEMs/partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum 6-10 Cr business revenue Target from set of Customers engagement.
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business from the clients to exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account and opportunity status.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with pre-sales/Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Timely collection of receivables.
  • Engage with anchor OEMs/partners on regular basis and mapped the key stakeholders.

Required Work Experience:
  • 7-10 years of proven sales experiences in IT Infra solution IT products such as- Server storage network Security Virtualisation; Data Center solution etc. .
  • Managed Key Accounts in BFSI, MFG, HC & Large enterprises etc, preferably from ITS/SI business.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Very good understanding of IT Infra (Server, Storage, Networking & Security).
  • Experience of engaging with business and IT functions in customer organizations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Engineering Graduate or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialisation in marketing from a reputed institute/ university.
  • Relevant Training in Sales and Account Management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Mainly excel and Power Point) and CRM.
  • Certifications on OEM technologies will be added advantage.
