Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dehradun
Office Time: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Salary: As per Company Standards (Depends on candidate interview performance)
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Domain

Position Details:

  • We have openings for the position of Business Development Executive (Project Sales/US IT Staffing)
  • This role will be responsible for identifying companies in the need of talent solutions and creating strategic partnerships to meet human capital needs. You will maximize V3iTs relationships by uncovering opportunities with new and existing customers and strategically expanding our presence within each company.
  • The ideal candidate will be motivated to increase revenues and be looking for a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new and maintaining existing client relationship to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with current and potential clients to determine staffing needs and offer solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
  • Scheduling interviews and liaising between candidates and client hiring managers
  • Working closely with both clients and recruiters to obtain feedback and advance the sales process
  • Consistently updating internal systems to reflect opportunities, current client information, activity records and interview summaries
  • Following up on sales leads from internal recruiters, candidates, and contractors
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Meeting and Developing goals for the development team and business growth.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Constant customer contact and contact with business associates internal and external to find potential opportunities, receive and communicate feedback immediately to management.
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual follow up of all billing from all customer contracts.
  • Detailed reporting on a weekly basis of all activity performed.

Qualifications:

  • Business Development experience with a focus on IT staffing and Service sales.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas in a concise, articulate manner in person, over the phone and in written format.
