Job Description
To be a part of the change management in developing & retaining talent. Also to be a part of the creating articulate HR practices.
Reports to: Head HR
KEY PRIORITIES:
HR & PAYROLL Executive
PAYROLL
- Ensure delivery of payroll processing and operational aspects of payroll processing are accurately carried out on a monthly basis.
- Process new joiners payroll and F&F of employees leaving organization accurately.
- Preparation of payroll MIS like Payroll statement, Reconciliation, Bank advices, etc.
- Computation and disbursement of Increments, Bonus, Statutory Compliance of PF, ESIC etc. and any other deductions.
- Handle payroll queries from customers employees. Analyze, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing issues.
- Driving quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements
- Should be able to develop and plan key initiatives for employee engagement & build a cohesive employee relation program.
- Being the point of contact for interpreting Policies, C&B and if required to formulate necessary process for smooth effectiveness.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of HR Operations and enabling the effectiveness using dashboards.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate hiring of design and executive talent through recruitment
- Good with excel reporting
- Good experience in handling documentation and filing system.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Preferably has experience in HR with relevant degree
- Has had exposure to all aspects of HR
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
