1.Conduct research and deconstruct our users digital interactions and habits.

2.Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.

3.Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, and Figma.

4. Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, jQuery HTML and CSS code.
Skills:
1. 1+ years experience as a front-end developer.
2. 2+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
3. A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
4. Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools
5. Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
6. Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc..
7. A history of deconstructing user behaviour to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
8. Proficiency using Git version control.
9. Expertise in Designing Frameworks e.g.: Bootstrap5, Angular Material, React
