Roles and Responsibility
* Technical Support (TS) shall encompass the following queues Installation, How-to and Technical Queries.
* Support the software installation and deployment activities for license users across Windows and MAC operating systems.
* Use Client products to obtain general understanding of software features, benefits and Customer usage. Subscription to products is provided by client to all employees serving their customers free of cost.
* Support the how to and technical questions from customer for entire range of Adobe products serviced in the queue.
* Follow all existing and new processes to serve the customer, increase customer experience and drive efficiency.
*Familiar with different MS Office applications
*Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple technical tasks
Desired Candidate
* Should have Excellent communication Skills
*Should have technical knowledge on Adobe Products. Windows and Mac systems.
*Installing and uninstalling the software
* should be flexible in working in any shifts and week off's
