Urgent opening for Quality Chemist in Food & Beverages Industry @ Ambala location
Experience - 2 to 5 Years in Quality Chemist
Qualification - B.Tech (FOOD TECH & ENGG.)
Female Candidate Only
Job Profile
- All the Document related to Food Lab. like Log book, Sample records, SOP, MOU on MS-Excel , Retained, Replicate & Intermediate records, Calibration & Maintenance of records, CRM and MSDS, Chemical & Standard their records etc.
- Analysis of various testing parameters like Moisture, Ash, Fat, Crude Fat, Protein, Energy, Aflatoxin, Refractive index, Volatile mattes, Peroxide value ,Melting Point, Iodine value, Saponification value, FFA, TSS, Sp. gravity , Total Solids, Acidity, Alkalinity, Iodine Value, TRS, Acid, Acid Insoluble matter, Water Soluble Matter, Gluten, Starch, pH, SNF, lactose, NaCl Content, Volatile & Non- Volatile Oil, Hardness, TDS, Calcium etc.
Detection of various qualitative Adulteration tests
INSTRUMENT SKILL
- Automatic Kjeldahl Distillation & Digestion, Micro Plate Reader, Micro Pipette.
- Soxhlet Apparatus, Digital Bomb Calorimeter, Digital Moisture Analyzer.
- Dhona & Digital Balance, Incubator, Autoclave.
- pH meter, TDS Meter, Turbidity meter, Flame Photometer & High Speed Centrifuge.
- Hot Air Oven, Muffle Furnace, High temperature furnace, Vortex shaker,
- Digital Refractometer for Refractive index & TSS.
