We have a vacancy for the Cluster Manager position in Axis Securities in Vizag & Vijayawada location:
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
- Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
- Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.
- To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers.
- Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.
Qualifications:
- 2 3 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets
- Understanding of Indian Capital Market
- Team Management experience
