Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering with relevant work experience
Work experience:
Around 5 to 9 years of professional work experience
Around 3 years to 6 years of relevant work experience as a "Supply Quality Engineer" or "Quality Assurance
Engineer" with engineering manufacturing industry
Around 5 years of work experience with an emphasis on Machining, Welding, NDE or Electrical technology or
equipment service repair of hot tapping and plugging machinery and/or manufacturing/maintenance of such
equipment
Experience on create, develop, organize, and utilize complex databases in a quality environment
Audit Certification or Green Belt Certification or ASQ Certification will preferred but not mandatory
Experience on Six Sigma Process or Experience / Knowledge of DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Regression will be added advantage
Knowledge / Experience of Theory of Constraints & its application will be preferred
Experience with statistical software such as Minitab, R or SAS will be added advantage
Job Profile:
Leads the supply quality system processes and coordinates closely with business cross functional teams to
identify, audit, qualify, monitor, communicate and develop suppliers utilizing statistical data and various
improvement processes such as lean, six sigma, and root cause analysis tools
Supplier Risk Analysis, and Qualification
Monitoring, communication, and development of supplier performance
Cross Functional Collaboration
Office time: 9.0 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
CTC: Rs 7.0 lpa to Rs 8.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification) Key Skills: Experience on Six Sigma Process or Experience / Knowledge of DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Regression will be added
