Job Title :IT Recruiter

Designation : TL / Assistant Manager - IT Recruitment

Reports to : Manager

Qualification : Graduate/ MBA

Job Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience : 4+ Years

Principle Responsibilities/ Work Accountability

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for Company
Analyzing and understanding the Job description
Experience of working on Naukri.com
Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources
Calling prospecting candidate, explaining them about openings
Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates,
Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected
Handling IT Recruitment for assigned process
