Role
Perform detailed research including industry research, transactions analysis, company and investor profile
Actively participate in identifying, source and reach out to the potential leads
Work and provide support to other team member on the execution of transaction for companies across sectors
Prepare confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
Provide support in building business plan and financial projection using multiple methodology including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transaction
Work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Associate, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and investors
Skill Sets
1-2 years of Investment Banking experience
Strong track record of fundraising transaction experience, particularly in startups and VC domains
Ability to understand the dynamics of various sectors, including value chain, strategy and key performance indicators
Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management
Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information
Ability to conduct comprehensive research, data base searches and synthesize results
Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of various databases
